• Per person sharing per night
• Inclusive of Zimbabwe Tourism Authority 2% Levy
• Inclusive of VAT where applicable

Payments

• Between 4 and 12 will be charged at 50% of the rate quoted for adults
• Below age 3 are free of charge
• Payment must be received in full prior to arrival unless credit facilities have been granted.

Confirmation of Bookings, Booking Amendments and Cancellation Policy:

• Upon confirmation of a reservation, and in order to secure the reservation we require a 20% deposit within 60 days of confirmation of the booking and full payment 30 days prior to travel. For confirmations within 30 days of travel we will require full payment within a 48-hour period.
• Any provisional booking made more than 60 days before the date of travel, will be held in our reservations system for 14 days and will then automatically drop out of the system unless it is confirmed in writing. A reminder will be sent before the expiry date of the provisional booking.
• Any provisional booking made between 30 days and 60 days before the date of travel, will be held in our reservations system for 7 days and will then automatically drop out of the system.

Cancellation fees

• Any cancellation made 61 days prior to travel 0% cancellation fees
• Any cancellation within 60 and 46 days will attract 20% cancellation fees
• Any cancellation within 45 and 31 days will attract 50% cancellation fees
• Any cancellation made 30 days prior to travel 100% cancellation fees
